Vitamin E And Vitamin C Taken Together Over Time May Help Maintain Cognitive Function In Elderly Women

In a recent scientific research study, researchers tested the cognitive function of a group of elderly women who were participating in a Nurses’ Health Study. It was determined that the women in the group who were taking both vitamin E and vitamin C supplements together, long-term, had better cognitive performance than women who took only one of the vitamins or none at all.
