Boswellia Serrata Shown To Be An Effective Anti-Inflammatory
A significant decrease in severity of pain and swelling was seen in thirty osteoarthritic patients who participated in a double blind, placebo controlled, cross over study. The patients, who were using non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug therapies, switched to Boswellia Serrata Extract where it was noticed that pain lessened, flexibility increased and frequency of swelling decreased.
